Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all UK orders over £35
- Flat rate £4.50 on all UK orders under £35
Carriers
We ship via Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size and weight of your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it.
International Shipping
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified of updates.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
