Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order from The Fidget Den. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at thefidgetden@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose to receive your refund either:
- Back to your original payment method, or
- As store credit
Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
